Why choose Cascade Fresh for my house cleaning needs?

Our team cleaning method allows us to accomplish your cleaning needs much more efficiently than an individual. Each team has a Team Leader who performs a 27 point inspection to ensure your home is cleaned thoroughly and to the highest standard every visit. Our cleaning methods allow us to sanitize your home while we make it shine creating a healthy home environment for you and your loved ones.


Do I supply the cleaning products?

No you do not. We provide all supplies and equipment to clean your home top to bottom. Almost all of our products are green and safe for the environment. If you have a preferred product you would like us to use we will happily oblige – all you need to do is let us know where to find it in your home.


If you would like to skip one of your recurring cleaning dates we ask for 2 business days notice. Simply email, call or text us at least 2 business days before informing us that you would like to skip your scheduled appointment. If less than 2 business days notice is given there is a $65 late cancellation fee. If the team arrives at your home and is locked out there is a $95 lock out fee.


Do I need to be home while the team cleans?

No you do not need to be home for the cleaning. Our teams know what to do and are self-sufficient. However, if you prefer to be home while we make your home sparkle that is completely up to you. If you are not home to let the team in we can safely hold a key in our safe. This key is checked in and out on the day of your cleaning. Other access options would be to leave a door unlocked for us or stash a hidden key somewhere. Garage codes work great as well!


How many people work together on a team?

Most of the time you will have a team of 3 trained cleaning associates at your home. This allows us to get in, clean your home, and get out quickly. This allows us to be less intrusive on your precious time. Some days there may be a team of 2 members depending on that day’s work.


Do you offer different recurring cleaning schedules?

Yes we do! We offer weekly, biweekly and every four weeks (monthly) as options for ongoing service.


What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay by Credit Card, ACH (direct debit), or check. Payment is due on receipt so if you elect to pay by personal check please have it ready for the team each visit.


Am I expected to leave a tip?

It’s up to you! Teams love to know their hard work is appreciate and a tip is a great way to say, “Great job”. Each visit a Feedback Form is left at your home. Completing this helps the team to know you were highly satisfied with their work as well!
